Etrop Court, Wythenshawe Sept 2010

Description: Over 7000m² of power floated concrete in Wythenshawe town centre, for a new bus station at Forum Square and the creation of a new district office for the council at Etrop Court. RMJ poured 2000m² in one pour on numerous occasions, using 2 nr concrete pumps at the same time, whilst still achieving a high specification of concrete floor.

PFI Waste and Recycling Project, Various Sites July 2009

Description: After becoming a Costain approved contractor RMJ won over 10,000m² of brush finish concrete floor slabs on various sites throughout the Northwest on this, GMWDA's PFI Waste and Recycling Contract, which is the largest municipal waste contract in Western Europe.
Featherstone Prison, Wolverhampton Sept 2010

Description: The project involves the building of three 480-place house blocks and additional association facilities, with RMJ installing 20,000m² of concrete floors on this project. Security is the main priority on this contract, with RMJ passing all major vetting process’ and maintaining our high standard of workmanship.

Sir John Deanes College, Northwich April 2010

Description: Over 6000m² of suspended and ground floor slabs were completed in Sept 2010, with a power-float finish on this new £22.2million building for ISG. There was a tight programme involved in order for the college to re-open for the new term and all deadlines were met.

RAF Valley Air Base June 2009

Description: Following a stringent vetting process, RMJ installed the floors in the new mess rooms, at the above air base, whilst HRH Prince William was attending to complete his flight training. This meant all operatives were thoroughly checked and the logistics of the contract were not as straight forward as normal jobs, but again, 4000m² of power floated floor was installed to a very high standard.
